Default Sardelac Sanitarium NOT loading

Im having issues to load Sardelac Sanitarium. I got one of my chars. there, crashed and now I'm unable to log it back in (Error Code=005). This issue has been happening for like 2 hours ago.

I'm having the exact same problem. Everything but Sardelac Sanitarium is working fine...

Same problem with Sardelac Sanitarium here...went there on a new character and got stuck...

My 2 guildmates and myself cant get into Sardelac either. I have 12 characters sitting in there that I now cannot use. 2 of us are Australian, with different ISPs and routers and the other is from the US.

They need to implement a feature that allows you to pick a location to log into.

Do you guys know if changing my area to Europe would do any good? Would it help taking my char off that town?

I submitted a report to support with links to all the threads in here and saying that many people are having issues. If you are also having this problem let support know. They'll need to know your tech specs to see if theres some correlation between all the users who can't get in there.

And if there's no correlation at least then they will know it's widespread and bugging everyone. :P

Edit: It just got fixed for me without a second reply from support.
